Cooperation with not-for-profit agencies authorized.
288.251. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 288.250, the divisionmay enter into arrangements, share and exchange information pertaining to jobopportunities with appropriate not-for-profit agencies engaged in programs topromote the employment and reemployment of unemployed and underemployedworkers throughout the state, and to these ends to carry on investigations andresearch studies and publish the results thereof.
