Director to make annual report to governor.
291.150. The director shall also make and submit to thegovernor on or before the last Monday in January in each year, areport containing a full and complete account of theinvestigations, together with any other suggestions andrecommendations he considers to be of value to the people of thestate, which shall be laid before the next succeeding generalassembly.
