Duties of chairman.
295.050. The chairman of the board shall devote his fulltime to his duties and shall have charge of the office of theboard. He shall keep all records of the proceedings of theboard, and shall supervise the work of the employees of theboard, and shall have such other powers and duties as may beconferred, or imposed upon him by the board.
