Use of coasters, roller skates and similar devices restricted.
300.090. No person upon roller skates, or riding in or bymeans of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, shall goupon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalkand when so crossing such person shall be granted all of therights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable topedestrians. This section shall not apply upon any street whileset aside as a play street as authorized by ordinance of thecity.
