Obedience to traffic control devices.
300.140. The driver of any vehicle shall obey theinstructions of any official traffic control device applicablethereto placed in accordance with the provisions of thisordinance, unless otherwise directed by a traffic or policeofficer, subject to the exceptions granted the driver of anauthorized emergency vehicle in this ordinance.
