Standing or parking close to curb.
300.415. Except as otherwise provided in sections 300.415 to300.435, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway wherethere are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked with theright-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel to and within eighteeninches of the right-hand curb.
