Standing in passenger curb loading zone.
300.495. No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle forany purpose or period of time other than for the expeditiousloading or unloading of passengers in any place marked as apassenger curb loading zone during hours when the regulationsapplicable to such curb loading zone are effective, and then onlyfor a period not to exceed three minutes.
