Parking signs required.
300.545. Whenever by this ordinance or any ordinance of thecity any parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibitedon designated streets it shall be the duty of the city trafficengineer to erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof and nosuch regulations shall be effective unless said signs are erectedand in place at the time of any alleged offense.
