Application for disabled veteran's plates, how made.
301.072. Any such person shall make application for thespecial license plates on a form prescribed by the director ofrevenue, and shall submit the application and proof of hisdisability in the form of a statement from the United StatesVeterans Administration verifying the person was awarded anautomobile by the United States Federal Government because of aservice incurred disability and/or the person is receivingcompensation for total service connected disability.
