Plates, how issued, form of.
301.073. The director of revenue shall thereupon issue licenseplates, a registration number and the words "Disabled Veteran". Theadvisory committee established in section 301.129 shall determine thecharacteristic features of the license plate, except that such licenseplate shall be made with fully reflective material with a common colorscheme and design, shall be clearly visible at night, and shall beaesthetically attractive, as prescribed by section 301.130, and such plateshall include the international wheelchair accessibility symbol when theapplicant is physically disabled as defined in section 301.142, as suchsymbol is placed on license plates described in section 301.142.
