301.330. Each commercial motor vehicle except those licensed underthe provisions of section 301.057 or 301.058 based on a gross weight ofthirty-six thousand pounds or less and which are not regularly used foractual commercial purposes shall have displayed thereon in a conspicuousplace:
(1) The name of the owner;
(2) The address from which the motor vehicle is operated;
(3) Each local commercial vehicle in addition shall have displayed ina conspicuous place the word "local".
