Titling, transfer of all-terrain vehicle, how--fees, deposited ingeneral revenue fund.
301.700. All-terrain vehicles shall be treated in the samemanner as motor vehicles, pursuant to this chapter, for thepurposes of transfer, titling, perfection of liens andencumbrances, and the collection of all taxes, fees and othercharges. Funds collected by the department of revenue pursuantto sections 301.700 to 301.714 shall be deposited by thedirector in the state treasury to the credit of the generalrevenue fund.
