302.274. The director of the department of revenue shall establish acentral depository system which shall maintain and store notificationsreceived pursuant to section 302.275 concerning certain bus drivers. Thenotification shall consist of the names of bus drivers reported pursuant tosection 302.275 and any other information the director finds necessary toproperly maintain a central depository or administer sections 302.274 to302.276.
