Alteration, production or sale of invalid insurance card, misdemeanor.
303.179. No person shall alter an invalid insurance card to make itappear valid. No person knowingly shall make, sell or otherwise makeavailable an invalid or counterfeit insurance card. Any person whoviolates this section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
