Penalty for violations.

304.570. Any person who violates any of the provisions ofthis chapter or of sections 307.020 to 307.295, RSMo, for whichno specific punishment is provided, upon conviction thereof,shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars normore than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the countyjail for a term not exceeding one year, or by both such fine andimprisonment.
