Authority to appropriate money.
305.220. The local authorities of a city, including citiesunder special charter, village, town or county to which sections305.170 to 305.220 are applicable having power to appropriatemoney therein may annually appropriate a sum sufficient to carryout the provisions of sections 305.170 to 305.220.
