Establishment of air facilities in adjoining state.
305.240. This state or the governing body of any politicalsubdivision of this state is hereby authorized to acquire,establish, construct, own, control, lease, equip, improve,maintain, and operate airports, or restricted landing areas, orother air navigation facilities in an adjoining state whose lawspermit, subject to the laws of such state, but subject to thelaws of this state in all matters relating to financing suchprojects.
