Authority to repay state for state general revenue funds used.
305.585. Any and all funds appropriated from the generalrevenue of the state of Missouri to carry out the provisions ofsections 305.500 to 305.585 shall be repaid to the state ofMissouri from revenues, if any, generated by the authority'soperations.
