Reckless and drunken operation or use of boats or skis prohibited.
306.110. 1. No person shall operate any motorboat orwatercraft, or manipulate any water skis, surfboard or otherwaterborne device in a reckless or negligent manner so as toendanger the life or property of any person.
2. No person shall operate any motorboat or watercraft, ormanipulate any water skis, surfboard or other waterborne devicewhile intoxicated or under the influence of any narcotic drug,barbiturate or marijuana.
