Parasailing, requirements, prohibited, when.
306.115. 1. No person shall engage in the activity ofparasailing unless there is in the watercraft a person of atleast twelve years of age, in addition to the operator, in aposition to observe the progress of the person or persons beingtowed.
2. No person shall engage in the activity of parasailingduring the time between sunset and sunrise.
