Certain counties may regulate size and operation of watercraft onlakes, when (Clay and Jackson counties).

306.225. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 306.190,to the contrary, any first class county containing all or part ofa city with a population of at least four hundred thousandinhabitants may adopt orders or ordinances regulating the sizeand operation of watercraft upon lakes constructed or maintainedby the United States Army Corps of Engineers within such county.Such orders or ordinances may be more, but shall not be less,stringent than the provisions of this chapter. Any lawenforcement officer of such county may enforce the orders orordinances adopted by the county pursuant to this section.
