Documents to be filed with secretary of state.
307.280. Filing of documents as required by article III(j)of the compact shall be with the secretary of state. Any and allnotices required by commission bylaws to be given pursuant toarticle III(j) of the compact shall be given to the commissionerof this state and his alternate, if any.
