Violation a misdemeanor--penalty.
311.880. Any person violating any of the provisions of thischapter, except where some penalty is otherwise provided, shallupon conviction thereof be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor andpunished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more thanone thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for aterm not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and jailsentence.
