Sale of tickets to minors.
313.280. No ticket or share shall be sold to any personunder the age of eighteen, but this shall not be deemed toprohibit the purchase of a ticket or share for the purpose ofmaking a gift by a person eighteen years of age or older to aperson less than that age. The license of any licensee whoknowingly sells or offers to sell a lottery ticket or share toany person under the age of eighteen shall be suspended orforfeited as prescribed by the rules adopted by the commission.
