Constitutional prohibition construed--no denial of liquor license.
313.340. 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to thecontrary, participation by a person, firm, corporation or organization inany aspect of the state lottery in accordance with sections 313.200 to313.350 shall not be construed to be a lottery or gift enterprise inviolation of article III, section 39 of the Constitution of Missouri.
2. The sale of lottery tickets or shares in accordance with sections313.200 to 313.350 shall not constitute a valid reason to refuse to issueor renew or to revoke or suspend any license or permit issued under theprovisions of chapter 311, RSMo.
