Severability clause.

313.850. The provisions of sections 313.800 to 313.850 areseverable. If any provision of sections 313.800 to 313.850 isfound by a court of competent jurisdiction to beunconstitutional, the remaining provisions are valid except tothe extent that the court finds that the valid provisions,standing alone, are incomplete and are incapable of beingexecuted in accordance with the legislative intent. Theprovisions of this section shall be operative notwithstandingthe provisions of section 1.140, RSMo, to the contrary.
