Department to enforce law--keep records for public use, contents.
315.007. 1. The department shall administer the provisionsof sections 315.005 to 315.065.
2. The department shall keep a complete set of records forpublic use and inspection showing the condition of each lodgingestablishment inspected, together with the name of the ownerthereof, and whether the lodging establishment is currentlylicensed.
