Penalty for violation.
316.180. Any person who violates the provisions of sections316.150 to 316.185 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, uponconviction, be punished as provided by law. Any violation ofsections 316.150 to 316.185 shall be grounds for an injunctionagainst the festival which may be applied for by either the stateof Missouri or the county.
