Maintenance, inspection and accident records to be retained.
316.212. Each owner or operator shall retain on the premises or witha traveling amusement ride for at least three years all maintenance,inspection and accident records for each amusement ride. The owner shallmake such records for the ride under inspection for failure or malfunctionavailable to the director or the director's designee upon request.
