319.336. Any individual aggrieved by any official action of the stateblasting safety board or the division of fire safety affecting theirlicense status, including revocation, suspension, failure to renew, orrefusal to grant a license may seek a determination thereon by theadministrative hearing commission under the provisions of section 621.045,RSMo.
