Immunity from civil or criminal actions for furnishing fire lossinformation in good faith--presumption--closed records.
320.085. 1. No civil or criminal action shall lie againstany agency or company identified herein and the officer,attorney, agent or employee of either, which shall act in goodfaith under the provisions of sections 320.081 to 320.086. Anyinformation or records produced in compliance with sections320.081 to 320.086 shall be a closed meeting or a closed recordas these terms are used in subdivision (1) of section 610.010,RSMo, and shall remain same until necessary for the prosecutionor defense of a civil or criminal action.
2. Good faith shall be presumed on the part of any agency orcompany identified herein and the officer, attorney, agent oremployee of either, which shall act in the absence of fraud ormalice pursuant to sections 320.081 to 320.086. Nothing insections 320.081 to 320.086 shall relieve any person, official,or insurance company from the provisions of sections 375.420 and375.930 to 375.948, RSMo.
