Labeling requirement for personal protective equipment, violation,penalty.
320.089. 1. No person or other legal entity shall labelpersonal protective equipment as meeting the standards set forthin subsection 2 of section 320.088 unless such equipment does infact meet such standards.
2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 ofthis section is guilty of a class D felony.
