Salaries, expenses and costs, how paid.
320.255. All salaries, expenses, and other costs necessaryin enforcing sections 320.200 to 320.270 and any other laws inwhich the state fire marshal is designated as the enforcingofficer or agent shall be paid for out of funds appropriated fromthe general revenue fund for that purpose.
