Recording of boundary extension, duties--fees.
321.302. Within thirty days after the final order of thecircuit court extending the boundaries of the district, thecircuit clerk of that court shall transmit to the county clerkand to the recorder of deeds in each county in which thedistrict is located copies of the findings and decrees of thecourt extending the boundaries of the district. The same shallbe filed in the same manner as articles of incorporation arerequired to be filed under the general laws concerningcorporations, and each recorder and clerk shall receive a fee ofone dollar for filing and preserving the same.
