Duty of officials to kill dogs--exceptions.
322.060. Whenever any quarantine order is issued as providedin section 322.040 or section 322.050 it shall be the duty of allpolice officers, and town marshals and constables, in theirrespective jurisdictions, and within the jurisdiction of suchquarantine, to kill all dogs found running at large, except thosewhich have been immunized.
