Law not applicable to municipalities, when.
322.110. The provisions of sections 322.090 to 322.130 andthe regulations adopted thereunder shall not be applicable withinthe limits of any municipality which has adopted or which shallhereafter adopt by ordinance a system of rabies controlconforming to and not in conflict with the regulations adoptedhereunder; provided, however, that any municipality located inany county subject to sections 322.090 to 322.130 shall have thepower to contract for the use of the rabies control facilitiesmaintained by the county.
