Penalty for violation.
322.130. Any person who shall violate any of the regulationsadopted under the provisions of sections 322.090 to 322.130 shallbe deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall bepunished by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more thanfive hundred dollars.
