Continuing education requirements.
324.1122. A licensee shall successfully complete sixteen hours ofcontinuing education units biennially. An individual not licensed as aprivate investigator who is hired as an employee by a private investigatoragency shall successfully complete eight hours of continuing educationunits biennially. Such continuing education shall be relevant to theprivate investigator business and shall be approved by the board as such.
