Survey inspections, when.
324.255. In addition to the survey inspection required for licensingor license renewal, the board may make other survey inspections duringnormal business hours. Each massage business shall allow the board or itsauthorized representatives to enter upon its premises during normalbusiness hours for the purpose of conducting any survey inspection.
