324.730. No move will be made when atmospheric conditions rendervisibility lower than safe for travel. Moves will not be made when highwaysare covered with snow or ice, or at any time travel conditions areconsidered unsafe by the director or highway patrol or other lawenforcement officers having jurisdiction.
