Revocation of permit, when.
326.313. After notice and hearings as provided in chapter 621, RSMo,the board may revoke the permit of a CPA firm if it does not have all thequalifications prescribed by section 326.289; or may revoke, suspend orcensure the permit holder for any of the causes enumerated in section326.310.
