Issuance of new license after revocation, when.
326.316. Upon application in writing and after hearing pursuant tonotice, the board may issue a new license to a licensee whose license hasbeen revoked, or may reissue or modify the suspension of any permit topractice public accounting which has been revoked or suspended.
