Secretary of state to act as applicant's agent, when.
326.328. Application by a person or a firm not a resident of thisstate shall constitute and authorize appointment of the Missouri secretaryof state as the applicant's agent upon whom process may be served in anyaction or proceeding against the applicant arising out of any transactionor operation connected with or incidental to services performed within thisstate.
