Fees to be set by board, how.
327.431. The board shall set the amount of the fees whichthis chapter authorizes and requires by rules and regulationspromulgated pursuant to section 536.021, RSMo. The fees shall beset at a level to produce revenue which shall not substantiallyexceed the cost and expense of administering this chapter.
