Licensure without examination, persons licensed in another state,when.
327.623. The board may license, in its discretion and withoutexamination, any landscape architect certified, licensed or registered inanother state or territory of the United States when such applicant hasqualifications which are at least equivalent to the requirements forlicensure as a landscape architect in this state.
