Issuance of inactive license, when.

330.095. The board is authorized to issue an inactive license to anylicensee who makes written application for such license on a form providedby the board and remits the fee for an inactive license established by theboard. An inactive license may be issued only to a person who haspreviously been issued a license to practice podiatry in the state ofMissouri, who is no longer regularly engaged in such practice and who doesnot hold himself or herself out to the public as being professionallyengaged in such practice in the state of Missouri. Each inactive licenseshall be subject to all provisions of this chapter, except as otherwisespecifically provided. Each inactive license may be renewed by the boardsubject to all provisions of this section and all other provisions of thischapter. The inactive licensee shall not be required to submit evidence ofcompletion of continuing education as required by this chapter. Aninactive licensee may apply for a license to regularly engage in thepractice of podiatry upon filing a written application with the board,submitting evidence of satisfactory completion of the applicable continuingeducation requirements established by the board and submitting the licensefee established by the board.
