Issuance of certificates of registration to licensees,contents--display required.

334.070. 1. Upon due application therefor and uponsubmission by such person of evidence satisfactory to the boardthat he is licensed to practice in this state, and upon thepayment of fees required to be paid by this chapter, the boardshall issue to him a certificate of registration. Thecertificate of registration shall contain the name of the personto whom it is issued and his office address and residenceaddress, the expiration date, and the date and number of thelicense to practice.

2. Every person shall, upon receiving such certificate,cause it to be conspicuously displayed at all times in everyoffice maintained by him in the state. If he maintains more thanone office in this state, the board shall without additional feeissue to him duplicate certificates of registration for eachoffice so maintained. If any registrant shall change thelocation of his office during the period for which anycertificate of registration has been issued, he shall, withinfifteen days thereafter, notify the board of such change and itshall issue to him without additional fee a new registrationcertificate showing the new location.
