Retired licensees not required to register.
334.110. Any person licensed to practice as physician andsurgeon in this state who retires from such practice shall filewith the board an affidavit, on a form to be furnished by theboard, which states the date on which he retired from suchpractice and such other facts as tend to verify the retirement asthe board may deem necessary; but if he thereafter reengages inthe practice, he shall renew his registration with the board asprovided by section 334.090.
