334.125. 1. The board shall have a common seal and shall formulaterules and regulations to govern its actions. Provision shall be made bythe division of design and construction for office facilities in JeffersonCity, Missouri, where the records and register of the board shall bemaintained.
2. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority ofthis chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuantto the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
