Nurse loan repayment fund established--administration.
335.218. There is hereby established the "Professional and PracticalNursing Student Loan and Nurse Loan Repayment Fund". All fees pursuant tosection 335.221, general revenue appropriations to the student loan or loanrepayment program, voluntary contributions to support or match the studentloan and loan repayment program activities, funds collected from repayment andpenalties, and funds received from the federal government shall be depositedin the state treasury and be placed to the credit of the professional andpractical nursing student loan and nurse loan repayment fund. The fund shallbe managed by the department of health and senior services and alladministrative costs and expenses incurred as a result of the effectuation ofsections 335.212 to 335.259 shall be paid from this fund.
